Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to urban areas with an overnight courier. The areas covered are  Christchurch, Invercargill, Oamaru, Timaru, Blenheim, Nelson – Wellington, Palmerston North, Tauranga, Hamilton and Auckland. 

There is an additional charge for North Island deliveries.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours however this can vary due to stock availability. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the following working day. Please note that the delivery times are from the date of dispatch.

Once items have left our factory, we cannot control hold-ups in the courier delivery process so please contact the third party courier service if there are any delays in your product delivery as per the tracking information. Alternatively, our Customer Service team are also available to support you.
